When is Eid-ul-Adha in Abu Dhabi?

Eid-ul-Adha falls on the 10th of Dhul-Hijjah. The exact date depends on the moon sighting in Abu Dhabi.

Can I fast on Eid-ul-Adha?

No. Fasting on the days of Eid (10th, 11th, and 12th Dhul-Hijjah) is forbidden (Haram) in Islam. However, it is Sunnah to delay eating until after the Eid prayer on the 10th.

What is Takbir-e-Tashreeq?

It is the recitation of "Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar..." after every Fard prayer from Fajr of 9th Dhul-Hijjah to Asr of 13th Dhul-Hijjah.
